About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team at PT Grand Convexy Indonesia as a Social Media Officer. In this full-time position based in Cengkareng, Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your digital marketing expertise to raise brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive growth for a leading logistics provider.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the company's online presence and engagement
2. Create compelling, on-brand content for Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia and other relevant social channels
3. Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven optimisations
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with wider marketing initiatives
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's digital presence
6. Respond to customer enquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
7. Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
2. Strong understanding of the social media landscape and proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns
3. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
4. Proficient in using social media management tools, data analytics and reporting
5. Familiarity with digital advertising and search engine optimisation (SEO) is an advantage
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
