Social Media Management Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation and management of social platforms, including but not limited to content planning, KOL cooperation, online user communication, etc., through the social media platform, to continuously improve the brand's online awareness engagement and fans increasing of official social media platforms.
Creating content by developing and posting content on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Social media live streaming plan & management for brand campaign to boost the awareness.
Social media campaign plan & execution, include but not limited online give away campaign online fan community event arrangement and etc.
Creating and executing campaigns by developing and executing social media campaigns that align with the company's goals and values.
Building relationship by creating connections with the audience and nurturing those relationships.
Keeping up with the current social media trends and evaluating how the company can best participate.
Promoting the brand's image and leveraging opportunities to grow the community.
Social media performance analyzing, regular social media performance review report making that help to improve the social media strategy & performance.
Skills that are useful for a Social Media & Community Specialist:
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
Proficient in using third-party publishing and management tools.
Proven experience at least 2 years in related field (Fresh graduate are welcome).
Having a background in Public Relations / Digital Marketing / Business, or a related field.
Excellent resource coordination and project management skills, able to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to achieve communication goals.
Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin could be advantages.
Willing to be placed in PIK - North Jakarta.
