The role

As a Social Media & Content Staff at HAVANNA FAMILY REFLEXOLOGY', you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective content that helps to promote the company's brand and services across a range of digital channels. Based in Surabaya, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft compelling stories and visuals that resonate with our target audience.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop engaging and creative content for various digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
3. Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with the brand's voice and values.
4. Generate ideas for content themes, campaigns, and promotions to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
5. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design software.
6. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools, and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance content strategy.
8. Collaborate with other team members including designers, marketers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
9. Manage content calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content assets.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
4. Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar software.
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
