About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team at PT. Sakura Bloom Investments' in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our social media platforms to support the growth and promotion of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

2. Create visually appealing and on-brand content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn & Tik Tok

3. Monitor social media analytics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activity with broader marketing initiatives

5. Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the advertising, arts or media industries

2. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique features and capabilities

3. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content

4. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms

5. Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
