Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan for the owner's social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). This includes creating high-quality photos, videos, and engaging written content that highlights his expertise and personal brand.
Market Analysis & Trendspotting: Stay on top of the latest real estate and property management trends in Bali. You'll use this knowledge to produce relevant and timely content that positions the owner as a thought leader in the industry.
Community Engagement: Manage all social media interactions, including responding to comments, direct messages, and building a professional network to expand the owner's reach.
Executive Support: While your primary focus is social media, you will also serve as a personal assistant. This includes managing the owner's day-to-day schedule, arranging travel, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure he can focus on core business activities.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine content strategy and demonstrate growth.
Qualifications
Proven Social Media Expertise: You have a solid portfolio showcasing successful content creation and brand growth on various platforms.
Bali Real Estate Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local property and real estate market in Bali is essential.
Organizational Skills: You are an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage complex schedules and administrative duties.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion: You can handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
