Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our company's presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and a passion for building a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and marketing objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Plan and execute a content calendar across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

• Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

  • Develop a consistent brand voice and visual style that resonates with our target audience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.

• Community Management:

  • Actively monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Foster positive customer relationships and build brand loyalty through genuine interaction.

  • Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Conduct A/B testing on content and strategies to optimize results.

• Platform Management:

  • Stay up-to-date with new social media platforms, features, and algorithms.

  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals.

  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment, and manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, including their unique features and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Strong creative writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.

• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
