Job Description:We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Power Specialist with strong knowledge in Rectifier System to support our nationwide telecommunication project. The role requires expertise in rectifier installation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure reliable power systems for BTS, Data Center, and Core Network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of rectifier systems for Telco sites (BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB).

• Conduct load calculation, capacity planning, and system optimization for rectifier and power backup solutions (Battery, Genset, Solar).

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure zero downtime for power systems.

• Provide technical guidance and act as SME for field engineers and project teams.

• Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NEBS) and operator requirements.

• Collaborate with vendor solutions such as Huawei, Eltek, Emerson/Vertiv, Delta, and others.

• Support testing, acceptance, and documentation for project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Telecommunication Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Telco Power Systems, especially Rectifier and DC Power solutions.

• Strong understanding of Power Distribution Unit (PDU), Battery Banks (VRLA/Li-Ion), and hybrid energy solutions.

• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting rectifier systems.

• Knowledge of Huawei Power (PSU/PSU6000), Eltek, Emerson/Vertiv, or Delta products is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

• Willing to travel nationwide for project support.

• Good communication in English (verbal & written) is preferred.
