• Key Responsibilities:  

1. Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, including product uploads, pricing, and inventory updates.  

2. Optimize product listings (SEO, images, descriptions) to improve visibility and conversion rates.  

3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to boost sales.  

4. Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies accordingly.  

5. Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction ratings.  

6. Collaborate with influencers and content creators for TikTok Shop promotions.  

7. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies.  

• Requirements:  

1. Proven experience managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop stores in Indonesia.  

2. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing.  

3. Familiarity with TikTok Shop's live selling and influencer collaboration strategies.  

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.  

5. Excellent communication skills in English (additional Chinese/Mandarin a plus).  

6. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.  Comply with industry ethics.

• Preferred Qualifications:  

1. Experience with premuim brand online-store management and paid advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads).
