We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Manager / Technical Coordinator to provide operational coordination and technical support for our luxury projects in Bali. This role is the essential link between the design office and the construction site.

Your core mission is to ensure seamless site progress by rapidly modifying drawings, generating technical solutions on the fly (on-the-spot problem-solving), and effectively communicating these detailed solutions to local labor teams (Tukangs and Mandors). This position demands a constant presence on-site and a deep, practical understanding of the entire construction process.

• Rapid Drawing Adjustment: Quickly create and amend necessary Shop Drawings and detailed schematics, resolving discrepancies that arise from actual site conditions or design clashes.

• On-the-Spot Solutions: Provide immediate, practical technical solutions "off the cuff" to resolve design conflicts, unforeseen site issues, or installation challenges to prevent workflow delays.

• Specification Alignment: Ensure all material usage, installation methods, and workmanship strictly comply with approved specifications and our high European-grade quality standards.

• Local Labor Liaison: Effectively, clearly, and patiently communicate technical solutions and complex drawing details to local workers (Tukangs) and site foremen (Mandors), bridging any potential language or cultural gaps in construction practices.

• Execution Monitoring: Conduct continuous supervision of the quality and installation techniques to ensure full adherence to the provided instructions.

• Subcontractor Coordination: Synchronize the activities of various trade teams and subcontractors (e.g., finishes, M&E) to eliminate dead time and project interference.

• Drawing Control: Ensure that all site teams are always working from the latest and most current version of the construction drawings.

• Progress Reporting: Maintain a daily work log, record site progress, and compile regular technical status reports for the Project Manager.

• Issue Logging: Document all technical problems encountered and the solutions implemented for accurate As-Built Documentation purposes.

• Education: Technical qualification or degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on a construction site, preferably on projects requiring a high level of finish and detail.

• Crucial Software Skill: Expert proficiency in SketchUp for quickly creating and modifying 3D models and construction details. Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.

• Construction Process: Deep practical knowledge of the construction and finishing sequence, including structural and M&E installation logic.

• Communication:

  • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience communicating directly with local labor (Tukangs/Mandors) and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.

• Location: Denpasar / Canggu / Uluwatu, Bali (Mandatory full-time on-site presence).

• Employment Type: Full-time.
