Our client, a leading civil and industrial construction company, is looking for a Site Engineer to be placed in Malang, following the details as below:

Responsibilities:

• Controlling and making report of project schedule, project budget, and shop drawing

• Control Project progress by contributing to the project performance, making good relation in order to fill owner request

• Supervising and controlling construction work, including lead the engagement team to ensure that it meets the requirement of quality, budget and timeliness.

• Maintaining regular liason with customer, subcontractor and supplier to ensure that the service meets the customer requirements.

• Regularly review and analyze the project expenditure as a feedback to deliver the service in the most cost effective manner.

• Responsible for safety and health in the scope of works.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum experience 2-3 years in the construction field (MUST)

• Proficient in AUTOCAD and project management system

• Good understanding of construction methods, structural drawings, and material specs.

• Familiar with safety standards (K3/SMK3) and site regulations.

• Skilled in reading shop drawings, BOQ, and technical document.
