Overview:
A dynamic, supporting role focused on assisting the People Operations team. This position requires a quick-thinking professional who can handle multiple priorities simultaneously and provide proactive solutions in our fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Efficiently manage employee records, leave management, payroll support, and documentation, while applying critical thinking to optimise administrative processes.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate operations and recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing administrative workflows, while managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Employee Engagement: Support internal events and culture-building, proactively identifying opportunities to improve employee experience.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and assist with periodic reporting, ensuring quick turnaround times for actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a high level of integrity.
