1. Monitor performance measures to ensure good performance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified and acted upon.

2. Ensure that a high quality service is offered to own and other departments clients on all occasions.

3. Maintain close liaison at all times with Clients and their representatives.

4. Ensure best practice associated with industry technical standards is maintained at all times.

5. Maintain active participation in improving the quality and HSE management system and bring to the attention of senior management any HSE issues that require their attention.

6. Support pre and post job briefings to ensure best practice is in place, known and followed; crews are full engaged and understand their roles and responsibilities.

7. Assist to identify and exploit any opportunity for business improvement.

8. Participate in regular meetings to discuss operational issues and share updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety/quality related topics.

9. Support HSEQ / SCM during audits on Key Vendors.

10. Assist to monitor and audit operational, engineering and workshop activities to ensure best practices are followed and support where required. May be required to travel offshore.

11. Work in accordance with processes and procedures provided - Sale quote to final sales invoice procedure, Crew Selection procedure, Service delivery procedure, Third party rentals procedure etc.
