Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to get brands ranked, clicked, and discovered? Can you turn search intent into traffic and traffic into qualified leads?
We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can own and execute SEO strategies across multiple clients and industries. If you live and breathe organic growth, understand both technical and on-page SEO, and know how to work with content and web teams, this role is for you.
About the Role
You must be willing to work on-site in Bali (Tumbak Bayuh). Remote is not available for this role.
As our SEO Specialist, you'll take full ownership of SEO performance, handling audits, optimizing websites, leading keyword strategies, and working with content creators to build high-ranking, high-converting assets.
You'll be part of an integrated marketing team that values measurable results, creativity, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement technical, on-page, and off-page improvements.
Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple brands and domains.
Perform keyword research, mapping, and content planning aligned with user intent.
Write SEO articles for blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance (rankings, CTR, traffic, conversions).
Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and page speed.
Identify backlink opportunities and support off-page SEO initiatives.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure SEO-friendly execution.
What You Bring
2-4+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
Deep understanding of Google Search, ranking factors, and algorithm behavior.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar.
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Ability to write or guide content creation with SEO best practices in mind.
Familiarity with basic HTML, structured data, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
Bonus: Experience with local SEO, ecommerce SEO, or YouTube SEO

Keyword rankings (top 3, top 10).
Organic traffic growth.
Click-through rate (CTR).
Bounce rate and dwell time.
Domain and page authority.
Backlink acquisition.
