Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:

• Lead the design of intuitive and aesthetically appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.

2. User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Analyze user feedback and behavior to continually refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, constraints, and business goals.

• Lead design reviews and provide mentorship to junior designers, ensuring adherence to best practices and design consistency.

4. Design System & Consistency:

• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

• Create reusable components and patterns that can be efficiently implemented by developers.

5. Problem Solving & Innovation:

• Solve complex user experience challenges with creative and functional design solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative design approaches to the team.

6. Presentation & Communication:

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and defend design decisions effectively.

• Document design decisions and workflows for internal communication and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing complex user interfaces and experiences.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of design systems, wireframing, and interactive prototype

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.

• Experience in conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions.

• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints in design decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, including case studies that demonstrate problem-solving abilities, design processes, and results.
