Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Social Media Executive to join a fast-growing, lifestyle-focused eyewear brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling, social trends, and brand building across digital platforms. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand's voice and online presence, working closely with the marketing team to deliver content that resonates with our community and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,

etc.) to strengthen brand presence and increase audience engagement.

● Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and brand messaging.

● Create engaging and relatable content—including short-form videos, reels, photos, and

captions—that connects with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

● Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral formats to leverage timely

opportunities.

● Attend on-site shoots, events, and meetings as required for content production.

● Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, product launches, and seasonal content.

● Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and execution.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.

● Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

● Strong copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling and tone of voice.

● Experience with basic photo and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).

● Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability and willingness to travel for shoots or on-site projects.
