We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with the drive, confidence, and independence to lead high-value villa and land sales from end to end. Role Overview

As Senior Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your sales targets and client portfolio. You will lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing, while ensuring every client enjoys a world-class, personalised experience.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to turn qualified leads into successful transactions and ensure clients experience a seamless journey from inquiry to ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and close USD 1–2 million in monthly sales of land plots and villas.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of high-net-worth buyers through online, social media, WhatsApp, and direct channels.
  • Personally handle negotiations and presentations, demonstrating expertise in premium real estate and investment value.

2. Actively pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Deliver a bespoke client journey, anticipating needs, providing transparent updates, and ensuring trust throughout the transaction.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients for repeat sales, referrals, and portfolio expansion.
  • Maintain full ownership of your sales funnel using HubSpot CRM, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, and documentation are current and actionable.
  • Provide weekly performance updates, conversion analytics, and sales projections.

4. Coordination & Deal Execution

  • Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and site teams to ensure smooth due diligence, payment tracking, and contract completion.
  • Align with marketing for campaign feedback and lead optimization.

  • Proven ability to close high-value transactions (USD 1 million+ per deal).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech‑savvy: proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot) and digital communication platforms.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
  • Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, and organized with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Understanding of Indonesian property structures and investment frameworks is an advantage.
