Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, software, or technology consulting services.
Strong track record in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, targeting mid to enterprise-level clients.
Consistent achievement of sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, IT solutions or business software solutions is an advantage.
Proactive, result-oriented, and highly driven.
English proficiency is a strong advantage.
Job Description:
Identify and qualify potential clients for Logiframe's IT solutions, including ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, and technology consulting services.
Generate leads through market research, cold outreach, networking events, digital campaigns, and referrals.
Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand clients' business challenges, goals, and operational needs.
Present Logiframe's tailored solutions, highlighting their value in improving business efficiency and performance.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals covering scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible, present them persuasively, handle objections, and close deals.
Monitor sales pipeline stages, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients post-sale.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Logiframe's solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and client developments to uncover new opportunities.
