Role Overview: 

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a big role in the development and success of our Tymy product. You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, focusing on meeting customer needs and achieving business objectives. 

Main Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals - Support the product at all stages: launch, onboarding, legal approvals if required, maintaing etc - Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes - Collect requirements from customers and interact with PO, marketing and analysts - Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the product - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features - Take part in negotiations with heads of departments of client companies, identify their needs and formulate commercial terms and offers if required 

You are our ideal candidate if: - Proven experience as a Product Manager in IT companies for at least 3 years, B2B2C environment would be preferable - Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle - Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban, PMI methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - At least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
