Job Description

• Lead new investment product launches in collaboration with compliance, regulators, and external partners. Clarify regulatory requirements, build proof-of-concept products, and obtain regulatory approval.
• Participate in annual audit exercises. Explain to regulators the company's investment product end-to-end technical design and operational procedures.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Contribute insights, ideas, and features into crafting a cohesive product roadmap strategy.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with investment products, such as liquidity risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze data to create recommendations and execute product experiments to improve key metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and cash management. Proven track record of launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with regulators and auditors in the financial industry. Preferably with direct experience with IDX, OJK, KSEI, KPEI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage external stakeholders diplomatically, build trust, and address underlying agendas tactfully.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.
