About the Role:

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will own and execute marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across our corporate, SME, and consumer lines of business. This is a hands-on individual contributor rolewhere you'll manage agencies, craft campaigns, and deliver impactful PR, branding, and field marketing activities tailored for the Indonesian market.

Responsibilities

Public Relations & Communications

• Manage PR agencies to deliver media coverage, thought leadership, and corporate communications.

• Draft, review, and adapt press releases, media articles, and corporate narratives.

• Coordinate interviews, features, and speaking opportunities for company executives.

• Track media coverage and provide insights to refine PR strategies.

Brand Marketing

• Execute tactical brand campaigns across multiple business lines.

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in all marketing assets and communications.

• Own and maintain corporate profiles, company pitch decks, and supporting materials.

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality campaigns and promotional assets.

Field Marketing & Events

• Plan, manage, and execute industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships that increase brand presence.

• Oversee event logistics, communication, and promotion from end to end.

• Build strong relationships with associations and industry stakeholders to enhance positioning.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10 years of hands-on experience in PR, brand, or field marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or related industries

• Strong track record in agency management, tactical campaigns, and event execution

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Ability to manage multiple business lines with attention to detail and consistency

• Self-starter with strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
