Job Description:
- Planning strategies by discussing with Tokyo headquartes for acquiring new projects in the LNG value chain either midstream and downstream.
- Obtaining projects by performing commercial negotiations, financing arrangements, risk analysis, profit calculations.
- To ensure that existing projects proceed smoothly and efficiently, will lead decision-making such as shareholder resolutions for the consortium after consulting with partners on behalf of the head office.
- Actively engage with prominent Indonesian keyplayer and/or specialist (lawyer, consultant) for required collaboration in achieving the strategy. (including business trip domestic and abroad)
- Demands a deep understanding of LNG/FSRU markets, strong negotiation and reporting skills, and other related knowledges (financial, taxation, legal, ESG).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any field but preferably having a law or business.
- Ability to formulate a business plan for the LNG/FSRU business.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Broad knowledge across the oil, gas, LNG, and power industries.
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong interest in commercial processes and contract terminology.
- Effective negotiating skills with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
- Having experience in business/project development/transportation activities of the LNG and/or power industry more than 15 years.
- Good English skill both written and speaking.
