About the role
Henley Multi Kreasi Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our talented design team in West Java. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualisation and implementation of innovative interior design solutions for a variety of high-profile residential projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
Developing innovative and visually stunning interior design concepts that meet the clients' needs and align with the company's design philosophy
Preparing detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications to guide the implementation of design projects
Overseeing the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction specialists, to ensure the successful delivery of design projects
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professional development
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and innovation of our design solutions
What we're looking for
A minimum of 4 years of experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of successful commercial and residential design projects
Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or 3DsMax
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
A strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and functional interior spaces
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
