Reporting to the relevant superior you will provide direction and implementation of Interior Architecture and FF&E design on various projects in Indonesia and internationally.What we're looking for:

1. Someone who shows, through every aspect of himself, his love of design and art.

2. Someone who will work with a team to lead a variety of diverse IA and FF&E projects.

3. Confident, loyal, trustworthy and dynamic person who can survive in a team of project consultants, suppliers, contractors and fabricators.

4. Good project leadership skills, including the ability to mentor.

5. Someone who is not afraid to take responsibility, has a proactive nature, has strong instincts, is open to input, and has unlimited positive energy.

The ideal candidate must have:

1. Degree or equivalent in Interior Design/Interior Architecture.

2. At least 5 years postgraduate experience with a minimum of 3 years in the luxury residential and commercial sectors.

3. Full proficiency using Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Strong background in Interior Design, and extensive materiality knowledge. A high standard of technical capability will be an advantage.

5. Passionate about FF&E with extensive knowledge of suppliers, products and specialist finishes. Experience in procurement would be a plus but not essential.

6. Experience working on all aspects of a project, through all stages of work, from concept to completion.

7. Understanding of project program and deadlines.

8. Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.

9. Outstanding acumen for scale and balance, detail and color.

10. Excellent and concise communication and presentation skills, oral and written. fluent in spoken and written English as well as Indonesian.
