We are looking for a Senior Human Resources (HR) professional to lead and manage our HR functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals and enhance employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR leadership or managerial role.

3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate employees at all levels.
