Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of visual assets across branding, campaigns, packaging, digital, and print media.

• Translate brand strategy into compelling and consistent visual storytelling that aligns with brand values, especially for community- and culture-driven initiatives.

• Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering creative growth within the team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

• Manage and execute design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.

• Present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback in a constructive and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within lifestyle, hospitality, or fashion industries.

• Proven portfolio showcasing strong work across various disciplines, including brand identity, campaigns, packaging, and digital/print design.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Solid foundation in typography, layout design, and color theory.

• Strong ability in branding and identity development.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D, or video editing is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and mentor other designers.

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.

• Open-minded, responsive to feedback, and iterative in approach.

Portfolio Requirements
