Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of visual assets across branding, campaigns, packaging, digital, and print media.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling and consistent visual storytelling that aligns with brand values, especially for community- and culture-driven initiatives.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering creative growth within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Manage and execute design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
- Present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback in a constructive and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within lifestyle, hospitality, or fashion industries.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong work across various disciplines, including brand identity, campaigns, packaging, and digital/print design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid foundation in typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Strong ability in branding and identity development.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D, or video editing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects and mentor other designers.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Open-minded, responsive to feedback, and iterative in approach.
Portfolio Requirements
