Responsibility :

• Lead & Manage all production processes (Cleaning, Milling, Packing) according to the standards set in Quantity & Quality as well as the time of availability and support in coordinating Production with the QC & Warehause, Intake, PPIC teams to achieve production targets.

• Responsible for maintaining good operating conditions of all milling equipment, ensuring adequate supply levels of flour and by-products depending on production targets. It is overall responsible for maintaining complete documentation and filling in all milling activities. It also supports supervisors in planning, coordinating and controlling all grinding activities to meet the relevant ISO, HACCP, GHMP, 5S and company policies.

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and carry out the operation of mill machines according to mill performance standards to ensure production targets are achieved in quantity, quality, time set according to schedule and superior instructions

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial)

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a miller in a flour mill

• to be placed in Pelintung, Dumai -Riau
