Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping, record income and expenses, and ensure accurate financial entries.

• Work closely with our accounting & tax partner to provide documentation and support for tax compliance and reporting.

• Prepare internal financial reports, including cashflow statements, profit & loss (P&L), and balance sheets, to support decision-making and investor updates.

• Develop financial forecasts, budget tracking, and project-based financial planning to ensure strong cash management and predictability.

• Manage buyer payment schedules, issue invoices/receipts, monitor collections, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.

• Administer salaries and related employee payments accurately and on time.

• Support tax planning, anticipate implications of business decisions, and coordinate with external advisors.

• Manage strategy for loans, fund flows, international investments, investor distributions, and reinvestments.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper filing for compliance and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles (real estate or construction industry is a plus).

• Holding Tax Brevet A and B certifications is preferred.

• Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with accounting software.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

• Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision; prior experience in hybrid or remote roles is a strong advantage.

• Experience with international transactions, cross-border finance, or investor reporting is highly valued.

• Own a personal laptop.
