What You Will Do -
- Independently conduct product & market research projects for transport (including map and navigation) products for both customers and drivers: usage and attitude study, usability testing, market sizing, concept testing, market analysis, etc from research scoping to influencing the stakeholders' decision.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, understand the business problem and translate the problem to the relevant research activities.
- Integrate data sources and analytic processes to produce meaningful and high quality insights.
- Problem-solving will be your daily task, finding loop holes in the system and seeking creative solutions to improve our product/business/marketing strategy.
- Advocate consumer-centric mindset and metrics to their stakeholders through persuasion, influence and inclusion to deliver insights that would inspire and spark actions
What You Will Need -
- Have experience in the field of Product and Market Research at least 5 years
- Having experience in handling Map and Navigation is a plus
- Great project management skills in designing, executing, and delivering research independently from start to finish
- Have advance skill in quantitative (able to use Survey Monkey is a MUST) and have intermediate skils on qualitative research methods
- Understanding in especially product development processes, business, product management, design strategy and data team so that be able to collaborate effectively with those teams
- Data-Driven Decision Making: prioritize using data to inform their decisions, relying on thorough analysis to guide strategies and actions.
- Critical Thinking: being curious to question assumptions, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Creative Problem-Solving: looking for ideas elsewhere and think outside the box when necessary, exploring multiple perspectives to problem solving
- Self Starter: Ability to operate in a self-directed culture and fluency in navigating uncertainty
- Finds doing research, discussion, and brainstorming as fun activities! :)
