About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Day Care Manager to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in Gianyar Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our day care facility, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to our older adults.

We are looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within a healthcare industry is a Plus

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders

• Degree in Nursing, GP, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

• Possess basic knowledge about aging conditions in humans (e.g., Dementia, Alzheimer)

• Fluent Communication Skills in English

• Enjoys interacting with the elderly

• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and to work under pressure

• Flexible and able to adapt fast

• Experienced in supervising a staff of 10 or more from diverse disciplines
