Key Responsibilities:

• Create, promote, and maintain a proper collection of procedures, roles, policies, standards, and metrics related to data that guarantee the efficient and effective use of information to allow an organization to find data/ information faster and reliable, both for short and long term.
• Ensure data is accessible and inclusive to authorized users to promote a data-driven environment.
• Ensure the data model and architecture from the transactional pipeline are suitable and comfort for analytics.
• Ensure all data in both transactional and analytical pipelines have proper documentation.
• Ensure all activities related to data are monitored, analyzed, and audited.

Role Requirements:

• Previous 1+ years of proven experience in managing, coaching and leading teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in data fields.
• Strong fundamentals in data security, data structure, and effective use of data.
• Proficiency in obtaining and analyzing data with SQL.
• Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse service, Tableau, and Python is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex situations to derive workable actions.
