Training Content & Project Consulations Activities:
- Develop and design Training Programs based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule.
- Research, write and assist facilitator in supporting data for creating training materials.
- Develop analysis and review on various training materials.
- Develop training/project consultation program that uses internal/external resources.
- Select or determine appropriate learning resources, training programs and delivery methods and techniques to meet identified needs of individuals and groups.
- Develop, modify and update program curriculum and/or content and materials
- Develop program performance and learning objectives to provide a standard related to program content/curriculum and delivery for measurement of training effectiveness
- Consult with staff members, public and private representatives to keep training information current.
- Coordinate training activities and Evaluate courses, instructors, materials, delivery and content organization to determine if course performance objectives are met.
- Design assessment methodology for participant's effectiveness evaluation
- Evaluate and update training programs to keep current with new techniques.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings of trainers, facilitators or subject matter experts to review the effectiveness of past programs and information to identify future training needs.
- Actively seek ways to improve training skills and keeps upgrading knowledge.
- Conduct assessments and researches regarding the employees' needs for improvement.
- Initiate and coordinate teams, work groups or subject matter experts in all phases of training program development.
- Direct any research needed in order to gain better understanding of the common trend of similar service and competitors' program offering.
- Coordinate with various groups to provide information or respond to inquiries concerning training.
Content Development & Evaluations Activities:
- Identify and implement strategies to strengthen the position of the Executive Education's program among other competitors with similar services.
- Provide training as needed for frontline executives, Frontline Managers, Middle Managers, primarily company in-house programs.
- Coordinate necessary activities in understanding the customer's needs and opinion.
- Build and maintain relation with various institutions in order to obtain professional experienced instructor, trend of similar service and competitors' program offering.
- Attend scheduled meetings with client as required and conduct field study when required.
- Ensure effective communication is maintained towards former and future clients.
Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor DegreeWork Exposure/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
