Responsibilities:

• Support timely & accurate month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries.

• Involve in ad hoc regarding accounting and tax.

• Perform the monthly close tasks associated with revenue and cost; preparation of various reconciliations, revenue and cost journal entries and cost revenue related analysis.

• Support the completion of all revenue and cost related disclosures in the financial statements.

• Responsible for bank reconciliation (money in and out), including daily journal entries.Maintain AR AP Aging listing.

• Coordinate and ensure all accurate data related to Tax.

• Ensure Compliance with applicable tax regulations.

• Prepare tax report and tax reconciliation for WHT and VAT.

• Working closely with accounting, tax, payables, and receivables teams to review the existing and new vendor and partner taxes and propose calculation or correction if any.

• Provide advice and ensure implementation of proper tax compliance on the Company's day-to-day transactions.

• Assist in preparing monthly tax reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00) from reputable University.

• Min. 3 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Tax (preferably in Big Corporation or Start-up Company).

• Have a strong analytical and logical skill in solving problem and reconciling numbers and account.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

• Experience in Tax Report PPh, PPN, CIT.

• Familiar with ESPT, Web SPT, and DJP system.

• Having the certification of Brevet Tax A & B is preferred.

• Willing to full Work From Office (WFO) at Head Office Travelio (Haji Nawi, South Jakarta).
