Job SummaryEagle Protect Security is a leading provider of professional security services committed to protecting our clients' assets, property, and personnel. We are seeking vigilant, professional, and highly motivated Security Officers to join our team. The primary role of the Security Officer is to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents in accordance with company and client policies.

• Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of designated areas to deter criminal activity and unauthorized access. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential threats or incidents.
• Access Control: Control and monitor the flow of personnel, vehicles, and visitors entering and exiting the property. Verify credentials and issue visitor passes as required.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents (e.g., medical emergencies, fires, theft). Take necessary action to resolve situations and/or contact emergency services.
• Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document all daily activities, irregularities, incidents, and observations in detailed and legible daily activity reports (DARs) and incident reports.
• Rule Enforcement: Enforce all client and company policies, rules, and regulations in a professional and consistent manner.
• Customer Service & Professionalism: Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors. Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and uniform at all times.
• Safety & Hazard Mitigation: Identify and report safety hazards (e.g., maintenance issues, spills, unsecured areas) and take immediate steps to mitigate risks.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with the security team, management, and client representatives.

Required:

• Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 1 year] experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
• License/Certification: Must possess a valid [State/Provincial] Security Guard License. (Must be able to obtain one prior to employment if necessary.)
