About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary & Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at PT WAAS CORP INDONESIA in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time role that will provide strategic and administrative support to our senior leaders. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our attorneys in their day-to-day activities.
Requirements
Providing comprehensive administrative, secretarial support, personal itinerary to our director, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and MoM.
Handling all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding or escalating as appropriate
Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document management
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents as required
Coordinating team events, office supplies and other operational activities
Acting as a point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
Demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel when needed
Professional appearance and behaviour, responsive, and well groomed
What we're looking for
Min 1 years experienced in a similar secretarial or personal assistant role, preferably within a professional services environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
