Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily communication with overseas agents and customers

• Provide shipment status updates, quotations, and solutions to agent and customer inquiries

• Manage the shipment process from booking to cargo arrival at destination

• Coordinate documentation and operational requirements with internal and external teams

• Resolve operational issues promptly without compromising service quality

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written) - mandatory.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.

• 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email correspondence.
