Key Responsibilities
Handle daily communication with overseas agents and customers
Provide shipment status updates, quotations, and solutions to agent and customer inquiries
Manage the shipment process from booking to cargo arrival at destination
Coordinate documentation and operational requirements with internal and external teams
Resolve operational issues promptly without compromising service quality
Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email correspondence.
