As a Human Capital Specialist, you will driving people strategies that support business growth, cultivating a productive and engaged workforce, and ensuring effective implementation of human capital processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement strategic Human Capital initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

• Ensure effective execution and evaluation of HR policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition to meet staffing needs.

• Manage employee development programs, performance evaluations, and succession planning.

• Oversee human capital administration, payroll processes, and ensure budget compliance.

• Prepare and deliver regular HR reports and audit documentation.

• Promote understanding of company processes and lead technology-aligned development initiatives.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any major.

2. Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in Human Capital.

3. Possess Human Capital BNSP certifications.

4. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
