GLICO melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi SAP & Finance IT Lead di Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor GLICO. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi SAP & Finance IT Lead di Jakarta Perusahaan GLICO:

This position acts as a subject matter expert in SAP systems, possessing extensive hands-on knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA at a general level, and specialized expertise in CO-CEA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PA, CO-IO, and CO-PC. The role also includes experience with Material Ledger both technically and functionally, as well as business process configuration and external integration with other systems and solutions.

Partner closely with Regional Finance, Accounting, and Cost Controlling teams to understand business priorities, translate requirements into system solutions, and support continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with SAP Business Process Owners, key users, and stakeholders across ASEAN to drive alignment and effective use of SAP and financial applications.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery (from sourcing to go-live), ensuring timely execution within approved budget and scope.
• Lead project planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication, including presentations to the Project Steering Committee and coordination with solution partners.
• Develop and maintain system blueprints, functional specifications, and business process designs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Own service delivery and operations for SAP and financial applications, including incident management, system stability, enhancements, and daily support.
• Oversee system integration and performance across SAP and related platforms (e.g., Jedox, E-Tax, DMS), including interfaces with external partners such as banks and 3PL providers.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, support configuration, testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and user training.
• Lead vendor management and quality assurance for SAP and FP&A systems, ensuring service providers meet agreed SLAs and deliver high-quality support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA, including system design, implementation, and IT operations management.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, ABAP capabilities, and business process configuration, with at least 5 years of project and operational support experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP functional consultants across diverse, multinational environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP HANA technology, with a proactive approach to learning and supporting migration initiatives (e.g., SAP RISE).
• Experience in end-to-end SAP project involvement, including RFP processes, vendor selection, and implementation delivery.
• Familiarity with finance-related non-SAP applications (e.g., Jedox, E-Tax, DMS) and integrated enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training capabilities, with fluency in English and the ability to work both independently and within teams.
