Job Description

Responsibilities:

• System Development & Enhancement
  • Identify areas for improvement in current information systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors or internal teams to upgrade, customize, or integrate systems.
  • Support the implementation of new applications or modules.
• Database & Data Management
  • Maintain and update organizational databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain technical documentation of systems, configurations, and processes.
  • Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures for recurring issues.
• Project & Vendor Coordination
  • Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Liaise with external vendors, consultants, or service providers.
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum Educational Level Equivalent education level required Degree in related field.  
• Professional Experience 2-3 years experience in similar job and preferably has familiarity with ERP system.
• Technical Skills Hands-on experience with programming languages especially PHP and Java. Hands-on experience with databases (SQL Query)
• Other Required Skills Experience in system analysis and application designs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of Business Intelligence
