Job Title: Sales Team ManagerLocation: Bali, IndonesiaEmployment Type: Full Time, Onsite

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Sales Team, ensuring all KPIs are consistently met with excellence.
• Analyze lead volume, conversion data, and sales metrics to make informed strategic decisions.
• Provide training and continuous feedback on sales scripts, CRM usage (Pipeline), and the sales process.
• Monitor and improve how the team uses Pipeline CRM, ensuring clean, effective, and consistent sales activity tracking.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members to hit individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and support business growth.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in education or a service-oriented industry.
• Strong understanding of sales analysis and how to translate data into action.
• Experience with sales pipelines, CRM tools (especially Active Campaign CRM), and script-based selling.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop a sales team with a hands-on approach.
• Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and work fully onsite — mandatory.
