Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) based on sales team requests.

• Prepare invoices, tax invoices, and other sales documents accurately and on time.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and supporting documents as needed.

• Coordinate procurement from suppliers until goods arrive at customers according to schedule.

• Assist the sales team with shipment arrangements, logistics, and sales-related administration.

• Update order and delivery status in the system and inform the sales team regularly.

• Coordinate with sales teams in Indonesia and Mainland China to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Support other sales administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

• Fluent in mandarin is a must to communicate with suppliers or teams in China.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major (Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, or operations staff roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Have a SIM A driving license and willing to travel as needed.

• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and strong administrative skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of shipment processes (logistics) and tax invoice documentation.

• High initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
