About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support to join our dynamic team at Arka Isotrans in Medan. As a Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our client services. What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, including data entry, document processing, and filing

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the client services or International Freight Forwarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluent in English written & verbal and able to operate computer
  • Fresh Graduate is acceptable
