Job Summary

The Sales Support role is responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative, operational, and customer-related tasks to ensure smooth execution of the sales process. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments, providing timely support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales transactions, and order tracking.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate billing.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the sales team in organizing meetings, presentations, and events.
• Perform other administrative or operational tasks to support sales activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
