The Opportunity

Join the dynamic sales team at PT. Pellago Property Management as a Sales Representative. This exciting role will see you finding range of high-quality residential and commercial properties in the beautiful island of Bali. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential land and property owners, presenting offers to the property owners, and securing new properties to contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify potential properties through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities

• Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our properties

• Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process

• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the local property market

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations

• Knowledge of the local property market and regulations in Bali

• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
