About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Property professional to join our team at Mulia Realty Batindo Cab.Batam'. As a Sales Property, you will play a pivotal role in the residential sales division, responsible for marketing and selling properties in the Batam Kota Riau Islands region. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career advancement.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and qualifying prospective clients through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities

Arranging and conducting property viewings, providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers

Negotiating offers and closing sales, ensuring a smooth transaction process

Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Staying up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and competitor activities

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the residential sales division

What We're Looking For

Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a exceptional client experience

Proficient in using various real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and property listing platforms

A keen understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to provide valuable insights to clients

A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for the real estate industry

A valid real estate agent license or the ability to obtain one
