What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners (schools, communities, institutions) and customers.
Identify collaboration opportunities to expand the reach of our products/programs.
Develop and implement sales and partnership plans and strategy aligned with company goals.
Manage and track the sales pipeline and CRM to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to long-term collaboration, while continuously improving key touchpoints.
Create and present partnership proposals tailored to each opportunity.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, programs, etc.) to ensure successful collaboration execution.
Achieve sales and partnership revenue targets.
Conduct meetings (online and/or offline) with leads and prospective partners to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
Strong planning and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
A proactive, target-driven mindset.
Existing network in the education sector is a strong plus.
Living in Surabaya, or being able to work in a hybrid setting in Surabaya.
