As the MT Sales Operation Head CRM - Tunas Honda, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimising the customer relationship management (CRM) operations for Tunas Honda in Bandar Lampung, Lampung for Retail. This full-time position is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and business growth within the call centre and customer service functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the call centre and customer service teams
2. Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty
