About the role

As a Sales Manager at PT. Mulia Berkat Logistindo, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for our logistics and supply chain solutions. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our existing customer base

  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge

  3. Managing a pipeline of potential clients, conducting negotiations, and closing sales deals

  4. Collaborating with the CS team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

  5. Providing regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team

  6. Maintaining a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, as well as our product and service offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development and sales, preferably in the freight forwarding & logistics or supply chain industry

  2. Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders

  3. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively pitch our solutions to prospective clients

  4. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results

  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
