Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base, including international markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
Market Research & Business Development
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Work with product development teams to align furniture designs with market demand.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client visits and participate in international trade shows or exhibitions.
Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching or support.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and supply chain management.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Industry & Market Knowledge
- Understanding of furniture design, materials, and production processes.
