What you'll be doing:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the magazine's goals and objectives. Focus on driving growth in advertising revenue across all platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell advertising solutions.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Develop proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activity, revenue forecasts, and market trends for senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective advertising strategies that resonate with our audience.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position the magazine and identify growth opportunities.
What we're looking for:
Min.5 years in Sales, preferably in the media or publishing industry
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of media sales and the men's lifestyle market
A strong network of well-established contacts will be advantageous
