This role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, leading partner relationships, and driving business growth in the Indonesian mining sector. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and supporting the long-term growth of Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Indonesia.
Business Operation Handle all sales functions for the product line.
Leadership Lead and manage relationships with partners, including System Integrators and Business Partners.
QHSE + Integrity & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate codes of conduct, ISO standards, and HSE guidelines.
Customer Engagement Represent the company at business meetings, trade shows, and conferences in the mining sector.
Strategy Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
Form Organization for Growth Drive strategic sales development and improve processes, tools, and systems.
Partner Network Identify, select, and maintain relationships with business partners.
Expense Management Plan and manage the annual OPEX budget.
Reporting Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Collaboration Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes and customer support.
